North Dakota Legend Derby is not just about playing the sport of roller derby. It's also an Avenue of leadership and character development. We intend to support our Junior and adult skaters with empowerment, positivity, and life lessons regarding responsibility, hard work, courage, self-discipline, sportsmanship, honor, empathy and respect.
Our coaches are serious about the development of our athletes as citizens, all while having copious amounts of fun! We intend to work hard and play hard. We intend to be tired from practice and exhausted from laughter!

The mission of our nonprofit Short Track skating league is to provide a safe and inclusive environment for individuals to develop their skating skills, foster personal growth, and promote a healthy lifestyle through the sport of skating. We aim to create a positive and supportive community that encourages teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship among our participants.

Our vision is to cultivate an inclusive and empowering environment where all of the skill levels can experience the thrill of roller derby we aspire to be a vibrant community that fosters personal growth, camaraderie, and athletic excellence, while promoting sportsmanship and respect both on and off the track.
